Financial Planning Administrator - Guildford, Surrey - £30,000 - £40,000 plus bonus

The firm has been operating for over two decades, building lasting relationships with a loyal client base across Surrey, Hampshire and London. Its clients range from local families and retirees through to high-net-worth private individuals, with investable assets typically between £100,000 and £1 million or more. The firm also holds valued relationships with a number of professional sports clubs, which continue to generate new business, and following an exceptionally strong twelve months the Managing Director is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join the team.

Experience of Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) is a significant advantage in this role as it sits at the heart of how the business operates. Day to day you will be onboarding new clients, gathering personal and financial details, preparing letters of authority and valuations, conducting AML checks, liaising with product providers and preparing meeting documentation. The firm works across a range of platforms including Quilter, Aviva, Elevate, Standard Life Wrap and Transact.
