\n\nAre you an experienced IT Operations Manager looking for an opportunity to lead and shape a high-performing IT function? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded professional to oversee day-to-day IT operations, manage third-party suppliers and ensure the delivery of secure, reliable and efficient technology services across a growing organisation.
\nThis is a varied and hands-on leadership role where you will play a key part in driving operational excellence, improving service delivery and supporting future business growth.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day management of IT operations, infrastructure and support services. \n
- Manage external IT support and cyber security partners, ensuring service levels are achieved. \n
- Lead and develop the internal IT operations team, creating a customer-focused support culture. \n
- Oversee the maintenance, performance and availability of hardware, software and network infrastructure. \n
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, ensuring IT services meet operational needs. \n
- Manage supplier relationships, budgets and service agreements. \n
- Support the delivery of IT projects and operational improvements. \n
- Oversee onboarding processes, equipment lifecycle management and user access. \n
- Ensure cyber security controls, monitoring and incident management processes remain effective. \n
- Support data protection activities and ensure compliance with internal policies and governance requirements. \n
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across IT operations and service delivery. \n
About You:

- Proven experience managing IT operations within a complex business environment. \n
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, service delivery and supplier management. \n
- Experience leading and developing IT support or operations teams. \n
- A solid understanding of cyber security, identity and access management, patching and incident response. \n
- Knowledge of data protection and operational compliance requirements. \n
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. \n
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues. \n
