Admissions Manager (Term-Time Only Plus)

My client, a prestigious Independent School in NW London, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as an Admissions Manager.

Joining the independent school as Admissions Manager, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of the admissions cycle, leading the function end-to-end as well contributing on both the data and strategy aspects of the cycle, working closely with the Head, senior leaders and marketing colleagues to drive pupil recruitment, monitor conversion, analyse trends and support planning.

The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £40-45k, a generous pensions scheme, career progression and growth and further benefits.

Please note, this role is Term-time only plus therefore salary will be pro-rata’d to approx. £34-38k.

The Role

• Work closely with the Head and Directors on developing the strategic plan for admissions and be responsible for it’s delivery and success
\n
• Act as a point of contact for the admissions process, from enquiries, providing guidance to offer and declined places
\n
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospective parents, by managing and recording enquiries, expressions of interest and updates to waiting lists
\n
• Ensure data is accurately recorded via ISAMS
\n
• Monitor the School’s Admissions and Scholarship Policies, and their publication on the website
\n
• Support a range of school events
\n

The Ideal Candidate

\n
• Minimum 1 year of School Admissions, ideally in an independent school environment
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with a range of different stakeholders
\n
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
\n
• Excellent IT skills, with experience in School MIS Systems
\n
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and approachable
\n
