Database SME - PostgreSQL, Azure

Database SME - PostgreSQL, Azure £410 per day Outside IR35 Primarily Remote 2 Month Contract (20 Hours per Week)

We're looking for an experienced PostgreSQL DBA with strong Azure database administration experience to support a database modernisation programme.

Key requirements:

\n
• Strong PostgreSQL DBA experience, including performance tuning, backup/recovery and high availability.
\n
• Experience administering and optimising Azure-hosted database environments.
\n
• Proven background delivering database migration and modernisation projects.
\n
• Knowledge of database security, governance and access controls.
\n
• Experience supporting both cloud and on-premise database platforms.
\n
• Scripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Shell or similar).
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and troubleshooting skills.
\n

Nice to have:

• Active Security Clearance (SC)
