Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking passionate, adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teachers to work across a variety of welcoming and supportive primary schools throughout Lincoln and surrounding areas.

We are recruiting for opportunities across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with flexible work available to suit your lifestyle and career goals.

As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom while gaining experience across a range of school settings.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
\n
• Creating a positive, inclusive and supportive classroom environment
\n
• Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of all learners
\n
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and positively
\n
• Assessing pupil progress and providing constructive feedback
\n
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
\n

We are looking for teachers who are:

\n
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
\n
• Experienced in EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2
\n
• Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners
\n
• Confident, adaptable and organised
\n
• Strong communicators with excellent classroom management skill
\n
• ECTs/NQTs are warmly encouraged to apply.
