\nSalary: £30,000 - £33,000 DOE + Benefits
\nAn established and growing property business in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in residential property who is looking for greater autonomy, portfolio ownership, and long-term career development.
\nThe Role
\nYou will manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant, well maintained, and professionally managed.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Managing a portfolio of fully managed residential properties \n
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance and contractor works \n
- Ensuring compliance with current property legislation and safety requirements \n
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants \n
- Conducting property inspections and overseeing tenancy matters \n
- Managing rent reviews, renewals and property-related documentation \n
- Handling queries, disputes and problem resolution professionally \n
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience \n
- Participating in an on-call rota and occasional Saturday cover \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous experience in residential property management \n
- Strong understanding of Scottish letting legislation and compliance requirements \n
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities \n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills \n
- Confident problem solver with a customer-focused approach \n
- Full UK driving licence essential \n
- ARLA, Letwell or similar qualification desirable (support provided if not already held) \n
