Direct Retail and Digital Wealth International (DRDW International) – VP – State Street Investment Management

\nReporting Line: Reports to Head of DRDW International
\nState Street Investment Management is building one of the industry’s most ambitious next-generation growth platforms, designed to capture the structural transformation of global wealth distribution. As Vice President, DRDW this role will play a pivotal role in shaping how one of the world’s largest asset managers wins across the future of investing. This role sits at the center of the accelerating shift toward: Direct retail investing Digital wealth platforms Neo-brokers and robo-advisors Embedded investing ecosystems Fintech-enabled wealth models ETF-led portfolio modernization The successful candidate will be responsible for driving SSIM’s commercial growth across international/US digital wealth and direct retail channels, with a primary focus on Europe and broader international platform ecosystems/ US platform ecosystems. This is a highly visible, growth-oriented role for a commercially minded leader who wants to help define the future of asset management distribution.

- Commercial Growth and Strategic Partnerships\n

- Develop and execute SSIM’s DRDW International growth strategy across Europe and priority global markets/ US growth strategy \n
- Build and manage senior relationships with key digital wealth and retail investment platforms \n
- Drive ETF, active, alternatives, and model portfolio adoption across strategic platform partners \n
- Expand buy-list penetration, platform integrations, and commercial revenue opportunities \n
- Identify and execute differentiated partnership models, including:\n

- Preferred provider agreements \n
- Revenue share models \n
- Platform integrations \n
- Co-branded solutions \n
- White-label opportunities \n
\n - Future ETF as a Service pathways \n
\n - Product and Solution Commercialization\n

- Deliver SSIM’s full strategic offering, including:\n

- ETFs \n
- Active funds \n
- Alternatives \n
- Model portfolios \n
- Portfolio construction \n
- Capital markets solutions \n

- Experience experience in: ETF distribution Wealth management Digital wealth Fintech partnerships Platform sales Retail investment ecosystems \n
- Strong understanding of: Digital wealth models Online brokerage Robo-advisory Neo-banking Retail investor trends \n

- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred \n
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset \n
- Excellent communication and executive presence \n
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities \n
- Strong analytical, presentation, and execution skills \n
