Warehouse Supervisor

Thursday to Monday | 40 Hours per Week

We're looking for a hands-on Weekend Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse operation and ensure customer orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately, safely and on time.

Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll oversee daily warehouse activities, manage team performance, allocate resources effectively and take ownership of OTIF performance across outbound, pallet and inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the warehouse team.
\n
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and accurately.
\n
• Monitor workload and prioritise around carrier cut-off times.
\n
• Support picking, packing, loading, pallet operations and stock control.
\n
• Maintain health & safety and housekeeping standards.
\n
• Escalate operational issues and provide clear shift handovers.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous warehouse experience.
\n
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
\n
• Experience using a WMS, ideally Mintsoft.
\n
• Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
\n

Desirable

\n
• First Aid or Fire Marshal training.
\n
• Flexi Truck Licence.
\n
• Inventory or 3PL experience.
\n
• KPI awareness.
\n
