- Lead the HR and Facilities functions, ensuring excellent service delivery across the organisation. \n
About You
\nYou will be an experienced and commercially minded people leader with the credibility to influence at Executive and Board level.
\nWe are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:
\n- \n
- Significant senior HR leadership experience. \n
- Experience developing and implementing organisation-wide people strategies. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and governance. \n
- A track record of leading change, culture and organisational development programmes. \n
- Experience advising leadership teams and Boards. \n
- Ideally MCIPD or FCIPD status, with CIPD Level 7 or equivalent. \n
