\nAbout You
\nThe ideal candidate will be a caring and confident individual with previous senior care experience and a genuine passion for supporting older people.
\nYou will have:
\n- \n
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Health & Social Care. \n
- Previous experience working as a Senior Care Assistant within a residential or nursing care setting. \n
- Experience administering medication and leading shifts. \n
- A thorough understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding. \n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills. \n
- The ability to support, mentor and motivate other members of the care team. \n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly with care planning and record keeping. \n
- A compassionate, reliable and professional approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding care. \n
The Role
\nAs a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive the highest standards of care whilst providing guidance and support to the wider care team.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Leading and supporting the care team throughout your shift. \n
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care. \n
- Administering medication in line with company policies. \n
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding appropriately to changing needs. \n
- Updating care records and communicating effectively with colleagues, healthcare professionals and families. \n
- Promoting dignity, independence and choice for every resident. \n

- 8:00am – 3:00pm \n
- 3:00pm – 10:00pm \n
