Property Administrator – Contract (ASAP Start)

Location: London N1Contract: Temporary / Contract AssignmentStart Date: ImmediateHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pmSalary: up to £30,000 per annum

Our client, a well-established property investment company with an extensive commercial and residential portfolio, is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their Commercial Property Management team on a contract basis with an immediate start.

\n

This is a fast-paced role supporting Property Managers with administration, utilities management, contractor coordination, finance processes and tenant liaison across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Property Management team.
  • \n
  • Act as a key point of contact for tenants, contractors and suppliers.
  • \n
  • Manage utility accounts including set-ups, transfers, closures and billing queries.
  • \n
  • Liaise with utility providers to resolve account discrepancies and service issues.
  • \n
  • Raise maintenance tickets and coordinate repairs with contractors.
  • \n
  • Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed efficiently.
  • \n
  • Create and manage purchase orders and process invoices.
  • \n
  • Support Health & Safety compliance activities, audits and remedial action tracking.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers and department documentation.
  • \n
  • Assist with general tenant enquiries relating to repairs, utilities and property matters.

Candidate Requirements

\n
    \n
  • Previous administration experience within property
  • \n
  • Experience processing invoices and purchase orders
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • \n

Desirable

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience within commercial property management.
  • \n
  • Experience liaising with utility suppliers and managing utility accounts.
  • \n
  • Exposure to property management or finance systems.
  • \n
\n
