\nThis Role: This is joining a procurement function in growth mode - shaping frameworks, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable performance improvements across the business. You'll work closely with Category Managers and senior procurement leaders;

- Lead sourcing projects primarily across Professional Services category \n
- Pro-actively drive and seek new commercial opportunities \n
- Influencing stakeholders \n
- Drive spend analytics and performance insights \n
- Influence supplier strategies \n
- Build category tools and templates \n
- Develop commercial acumen fast \n
What We're Looking For
\n- \n
- Procurement experience within Profesional Services category (ie corporate services, consultancy services, advisory services or people services etc) \n
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder communication skills \n
- Passionate about working in an pro-active ambitious, changeable, people focussed business \n
- Confident communicator with an engaging personality and an inquisitive nature \n
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data sets and extracting insights from procurement data \n
- Knowledge of sourcing principles and supplier management \n
- Enjoys working in fast paced environment, autonomously \n
