The opportunity\nWe are recruiting for an Electrically-biased Shift Maintenance Technician to support production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
\nWorking a 4 on / 4 off continental shift pattern, you will play a key role in ensuring production lines operate efficiently, safely, and with minimal downtime.
\nKey responsibilities include:

- Providing hands-on engineering support across production lines \n
- Monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving faults on machinery and plant equipment \n
- Supporting planned maintenance and continuous improvement activities \n
- Assisting with line changeovers, start-ups, and optimisation of manufacturing processes \n
- Working collaboratively with production and engineering teams to maximise uptime and performance \n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- An electrical bias with multi-skilled engineering capability (apprenticeship trained preferred) \n
- Experience within FMCG, or another fast-paced manufacturing environment \n
- A proactive, hands-on approach to fault finding and problem solving \n
- The ability to work independently and as part of a shift-based engineering team \n
- A strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement \n
