- Providing comprehensive office administration support. \n
- Maintaining and updating the company database with accurate information. \n
- Managing administrative records and confidential documentation. \n
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and telephone enquiries. \n
- Answering calls, responding to emails and handling general administration. \n
- Supporting the team with daily administrative tasks and business support. \n
- Assisting with client onboarding and all associated administration. \n
- Preparing, updating and organising electronic and paper files. \n
- Monitoring workflows and ensuring all administration is completed accurately. \n
- Supporting document management and online filing. \n
- Carrying out credit control administration. \n
- Ordering office supplies and managing office stock. \n
- Assisting with meeting preparation and general office coordination. \n
- Supporting office compliance and health & safety administration. \n
- Providing administrative support across multiple departments when required. \n

- Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or within a busy office administration role. \n
- Excellent administration and organisational skills. \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. \n
- A professional and confident telephone manner. \n
- Strong customer service and communication skills. \n
- The ability to prioritise a varied administrative workload. \n
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support the wider team. \n
- A full UK driving licence (essential) \n
