Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and account updates.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer queries are resolved efficiently.

  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including service levels and response times.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.

  • Handle sensitive customer information in line with GDPR requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

  • Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre, retail, or administration role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with challenging situations.

  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
