\nThe Role
\nWorking closely with one Financial Planner, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring every stage of the client journey runs smoothly.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n- \n
- Providing full administrative support throughout the financial planning process, from initial client contact through to implementation and ongoing servicing \n
- Managing adviser diaries and arranging client meetings \n
- Preparing client meeting packs and all supporting documentation \n
- Processing new business and seeing cases through to completion \n
- Submitting and tracking Letters of Authority \n
- Liaising with clients, providers and third parties to obtain information and progress cases \n
- Preparing application paperwork and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant \n
- Updating and maintaining the firm's CRM and workflow systems \n
- Monitoring pipelines and keeping advisers and clients updated on case progress \n
- Delivering an exceptional client experience through proactive communication and attention to detail \n
About You
\nMy client is looking for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
\nIdeally, you'll have:
\n- \n
- Around 2-3 years' experience within a Financial Planning or Wealth Management firm \n
- Good knowledge of pensions, investments and wider financial planning products \n
- A good understanding of the end-to-end financial advice process \n
- Experience managing new business from enquiry through to implementation \n
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail \n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach \n
- Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be welcomed but isn't essential. Full study support is available for those wishing to become qualified. \n
