People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Production Operative - Cambuslang to join our well-established client based in Cambuslang.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent full-time hours, ongoing work and the chance to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role may also be suitable for candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Food Production Operative, Picker Packer or Distribution Operative.

Rates of Pay:

Shift Pattern:

\n
• Sunday to Thursday
\n
• 06:00 to 14:00
\n
• Applicants must be able to reliably travel to Cambuslang for a 06:00 start
\n

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Production Operative, you will work:

\n
• Decanting products from bulk packaging into the correct containers
\n
• Checking, counting and labelling stock
\n
• Preparing products for storage and distribution
\n
• Checking products for accuracy and quality
\n
• Following all food safety, hygiene and site procedures
\n
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised
\n
• Completing general warehouse duties as required
\n

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Production Operative, you will need:

\n
• Previous warehouse, production or decanting experience
\n
• Ability to reliably travel to Cambuslang for a 06:00 start
\n
• Good accuracy and attention to detail
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
\n
• Good communication skills
\n
