Deal Analyst and Transaction Support Manager Central London Permanent £55-65k per annum This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business brokerage and advisory firm based in London's west-end. Working directly with the Managing Director and senior team, you will gain experience in corporate finance and private markets, with direct exposure to deals from origination to completion. This is a permanent in-office position which supports the M&A teams and offers an excellent opportunity for professional development and growth.WHAT YOU WILL DO:\n

• Manage the deal packaging up process
\n
• Support with financial and commercial analysis where required
\n
• VDR management for all transactions
\n
• Deal execution and due diligence support
\n
• Work directly with the MD and the senior team on their specific transactions
\n
• Process optimisation and documentation
\n

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE/ BE:\n

\n
• Proven academic track record to degree level or equivalent
\n
• Newly or recently qualified Accountant -ACA /ACCA/CIMA -ideally with a leading professional accounting/advisory firm
\n
• Experience producing financial/commercial analysis
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
\n
• Practical knowledge of business and how businesses run
\n
