Greenham | Hybrid Working£32,000 - £40,000 per annum | Permanent, Full Time

Our client is seeking a Housing Officer to join their established housing team. Based from the Greenham office one day per week, you'll enjoy a varied role combining home working, office-based work, and regular community visits.

The Role:

• Deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services.
\n
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service.
\n
• Build strong relationships with local authorities, community groups, and partner agencies.
\n
• Support neighbourhood improvements and help shape services based on customer feedback.
\n
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
\n

What we're looking for:

• Experience in tenancy, leasehold, or neighbourhood management.
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
\n
• Good understanding of landlord services and housing management.
\n
• Confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office.
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
\n
