Personal Tax Manager / Senior Manager

Your new companyThis is a hands-on role where you will be managing client relationships, delivering high-quality tax advice and mentoring colleagues.

Your new role*Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients: annual self-assessment tax returns, tax planning, onboarding, and ongoing support.*Provide proactive tax advice to individuals, including high-net-worth clients, business owners, and families.*Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and communication.*Lead, mentor, and inspire team members, including trainees and junior tax staff.*Promote personal tax services in the local community and through professional networks.*Meet prospective personal tax clients and convert opportunities.*Collaborate across the group to optimise workflows and resources, especially between tax and accounts teams.*Ensure billing, client service, and documentation is accurate and timely, in line with regulatory requirements.
