Job Title: Part time & Remote Administration & Database Assistant
\nContract: Temporary, 2 months, part-time 17.5 hours per week
\nLocation: Fully remote, with one in-person interview required (London)
\nRate: 15-18 per hour
\nAbout the Role
\nWe're looking for an organised, detail-focused Administration and Database Assistant to join a not-for-profit membership organisation for a 2-month project. You'll be supporting the delivery of online assessments and eLearning content, coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate records, and providing day-to-day admin support to a small team.
\nThis is a fully remote role, apart from one in-person interview. It would suit someone who's comfortable working independently, confident with Excel, and has experience in an administrative or database-support capacity, ideally within life sciences, medical, medical education, an exam board, pharmacology, or the NHS.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing

- Scheduling and coordinating online exam/assessment events, including maintaining accurate delivery timelines \n
- Keeping records and databases up to date, and logging customer/candidate interactions accurately \n
- Supporting larger projects, tracking actions from meetings and following up to ensure they're completed \n
- Preparing agendas, papers, and minutes for internal meetings and committees as needed \n
- Helping to set up new administrative processes where gaps are identified \n
- Liaising with subject matter experts and internal teams to keep content/project timelines on track \n
- Flagging and logging any platform or content issues promptly to the right people \n
- General administrative support across the team as required \n
What We're Looking For

- Experience in an administration or database assistant role, ideally within life sciences, medical, medical education, an exam board, pharmacology, or the NHS \n
- Strong Excel skills, comfortable filtering data \n
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail \n
- Confident managing your own workload and communicating proactively while working remotely \n
- Comfortable liaising with a range of stakeholders, from internal teams to external contacts \n
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not essential \n
