Role: IT Support and Workflow Automation EngineerLocation: Billericay Essex - Site based moving to one day a week at homeSalary: £45,000 to £55,000Benefits: Pension, Training Budget, Bupa, Dental, BonusAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically capable IT Support and Workflow Automation Engineer to join a growing and forward-thinking organisation. This is a varied, hands-on role combining the design and development of business workflow automations that improve efficiency across the organisation using Make.com and also provde 1st/2nd line IT support coordinating with their outsourced IT proivider.We unfortunately can't consider anyone that does not have Make.com experience.The successful candidate will take ownership of internal IT support while also building and maintaining automated workflows using Make.com , integrating cloud-based systems and APIs to streamline business processes. Working closely with stakeholders, they will translate business requirements into practical technical solutions and play a key role in driving continuous improvement.Key Skills & Experience:Proven expertise building workflow automations using Make.comCommercial experience providing 1st & 2nd line IT supportStrong Microsoft 365 and Azure administration skillsExperience supporting Windows environments, hardware, networking and cloud technologiesKnowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON and system integrations would be helpful.Excellent troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skillsThis is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with a passion for automation to make a real impact within a business that embraces technology and innovation.The company have doubled in size over the last few years and are on a massive growth trajectory.
