Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

\n
• Produce compliant technical design solutions for architectural design intent
\n
• Produce detailed design information across RIBA stages 2 through to 4
\n
• Work alongside the project team to ensure projects comply with UK building regulations
\n
• Ensure BIM delivery and information management is in line with project standards
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

\n
• Degree within Architectural Technology
\n
• Chartered member or working towards CIAT Chartership
\n
• Proven experience delivering complex projects across various sectors
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of UK building regulations
\n
• Job running experience is desirable
\n
• Strong technical detailing skills
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
