We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Quantity Surveying to join our client's team. This part-time position is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop future talent, delivering high-quality teaching that equips students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in the construction industry.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and informative lectures as part of their University-awarded and RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying programme.
\n
• Work closely with the Programme Manager to contribute to the growth and development of the programme.
\n
• Create an outstanding learning experience for students.
\n
• Implement flexible delivery methods to accommodate various learning styles and schedules.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• A teaching qualification is desirable; however, candidates willing to work towards a formal teaching qualification will also be considered.
\n
• Experience in training is essential.
\n
• Must be a current Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
\n
• Experience in delivering and assessing Quantity Surveying content, ideally within a Further Education (FE) environment.
\n
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying.
\n
• Both academic and professional experience in Quantity Surveying.
\n
