Maths Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspiring practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality mathematics education and helping students achieve their full potential.

The successful candidate will teach Mathematics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for suitably experienced applicants.

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that promote excellent progress.

• Plan, prepare and assess learning in line with the national curriculum.

• Monitor and track student achievement, implementing strategies to support attainment.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

• Contribute to the wider life of the school and the Mathematics department.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised teaching qualification.
\n
• Experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.
\n
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
\n
• Excellent classroom management skills.
\n
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

• The ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.
