The Role

As a primary Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, creative and high-quality lessons across the primary age range
\n
• Adapt confidently to different school environments and classroom settings
\n
• Follow lesson plans provided by the school or plan and deliver lessons where required
\n
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
\n
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
\n
• Support pupils to reach their full academic and personal potential
\n
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate
\n
• Provide clear feedback to schools following each placement
\n

We are looking for

The ideal candidate will;

\n
• Hold QTS
\n
• Have recent experience teaching within uk primary schools
\n
• Possess a strong understanding of the primary national curriculum
\n
• Be confident teaching EYFS, KS1 and KS2
\n
• Be flexible, reliable and able to adapt quickly to different classrooms
\n
• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and organisational skills
\n
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Be passionate about delivering engaging lessons that inspire children to succeed
\n
• Be committed to supporting every child academic, Social and emotional development
\n
