\nA well-established UKAS-accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Asbestos Surveyor to support a busy and expanding workload across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor ready to take the next step, offering increased responsibility, technical input, and long-term progression.
\nThis role is ideal for someone confident in leading surveys, supporting junior staff, and maintaining high technical standards across a variety of projects.

\nThe RoleLeading Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
\nSupporting and mentoring junior surveyors
\nConducting bulk sampling across a range of property types
\nProducing and reviewing accurate, compliant survey reports in line with HSG264
\nManaging workload across multiple sites
\nEnsuring all work is carried out in line with HSE guidance and company procedures
\nLiaising professionally with clients and internal teams
\nAbout YouBOHS P402 (essential)
\nAdditional qualifications (P403/P404) desirable
\nProven experience as an Asbestos Surveyor with ability to work independently
\nExperience supporting or mentoring junior staff (desirable)
\nStrong understanding of HSG264 guidance and asbestos legislation
\nProfessional, organised, and reliable
\nFull UK driving licence
