Method Resourcing are supporting a major UK organisation through a large-scale modernisation and transformation programme and are looking to engage 3 experienced Enterprise Architects.

This is a senior architecture role sitting at the intersection of business strategy, operating processes and technology. You'll work closely with business and technology stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business priorities, processes and outcomes.

You will be required on-site in Nottingham 3 days per week.

The Role

You'll join an established transformation programme, connecting enterprise architecture with the practical needs and strategic objectives of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Translating business strategy and requirements into clear architecture roadmaps
\n
• Aligning technology transformation with business processes and outcomes
\n
• Working across business and technical teams to define current and target-state capabilities
\n
• Identifying dependencies, gaps and opportunities across complex transformation initiatives
\n
• Supporting senior stakeholders with architecture decisions and strategic direction
\n
• Ensuring technical roadmaps align with wider business objectives
\n
• Helping establish an architecture approach that can scale across the wider programme
\n

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced Enterprise Architects who can operate comfortably across both technology and business transformation.

• Strong Enterprise Architecture experience within complex organisations
\n
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation or modernisation programmes
\n
• Strong understanding of business processes, capabilities and operating models
\n
• Experience developing and aligning technology roadmaps
\n
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
\n
• Ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
\n
• Experience operating within complex enterprise environments
\n

Contract Details

Rate: £850-£1,000/day IR35: Outside IR35 Location: Nottingham - 3 days per week on-site Start: August Initial term: 3 months Potential duration: 12-18 months Expenses: Paid Interview: Two-stage Teams process with rapid turnaround

There are 3 initial positions, with significant potential for the architecture team to expand as the wider transformation programme develops.
