Job Role: Fabrication SupervisorLocation: LeicesterHours: Monday to Thursday 7:00am-4:00pm, Friday 7:00am-12:00pmPay: Up to £17.00 per hourBenefits: Free on-site parking, company eventsThe CompanyOur client is a well-established manufacturing business supplying high-quality fabricated products to industries including shopfitting, point of sale, rail, and oil & gas.The RoleAs the Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication department, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and delivery deadlines are achieved. You will plan workloads, support the team, and ensure materials, drawings, and job packs are checked before production begins.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and organise the fabrication team to meet production schedules.Check drawings, revisions, materials, and component counts before manufacture.Carry out in-process quality checks and ensure work is completed to specification.Promote a Right First Time approach and help resolve production and quality issues.Work closely with Engineering and Planning to meet delivery targets.Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.Train, support, and develop team members.Complete production and quality documentation accurately.About YouPrevious experience in a Fabrication Supervisor or similar leadership role.Strong fabrication and welding knowledge.Ability to read engineering drawings.Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills.Understanding of quality standards and Health & Safety requirements.To ApplyIf you're an experienced Fabrication Supervisor looking for your next opportunity, apply today and one of our consultants will be in touch.TPBN1_UKTJ
