Quality & Test Technician

Manpower Group are currently recruiting for a Test Technician is responsible for ensuring that electronic assemblies and finished products meet customer, regulatory, and company quality standards. The role involves inspection, functional testing, fault diagnosis, process monitoring, and supporting continuous improvement activities within a contract electronics manufacturing environment.\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\nQuality Inspection\n
\n

\n
• 
  \n Carry out inspection of electronic assemblies and finished products in accordance with IPC-A-610 standards.
\n
• 
  \n Verify product conformity against customer specifications, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
\n
• 
  \n Identify, record, and report non-conformance and quality concerns.
\n
• 
  \n Support quality control activities throughout the manufacturing process, including SMT and final assembly operations.
\n

\nTesting and Fault Finding\n
\n

\n
• 
  \n Perform functional testing of electronic products and assemblies.
\n
• 
  \n Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to component level.
\n
• 
  \n Carry out rework and repair activities where appropriate.

  \n Record test results and maintain accurate quality documentation.

  \n Experience within a Contract Electronics Manufacturing (CEM) environment.
\n
• 
  \n Knowledge and practical application of IPC-A-610 standards.
\n
• 
  \n Experience of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) manufacturing processes.
\n
• 
  \n Hands-on experience of quality inspection and process control in electronic manufacturing.
\n
• 
  \n Experience performing functional testing of electronic products.
\n
• 
  \n Fault-finding and diagnostic skills to component level.
\n
• 
  \n Experience investigating and repairing returned products.
\n
• 
  \n Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
\n
• 
  \n Good written and verbal communication skills.
