DescriptionMotability Operations are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy, state-of-the-art refurbishment centre in Coalville on a permanent basis.This is a high-volume site with consistent work (no downtime or waiting for jobs), working on a modern vehicle fleet using the latest repair equipment and materials.What you'll be doing: Repairing damaged panels to a high standardPreparing and priming panels ready for paintCarrying out panel straightening and dent removalUsing modern repair methods and equipmentDelivering right-first-time repairs to reconditioning standardsDue to the nature of this role we will require you on-site in Coalville 5-days per week.Package: Up to £39,000 basic salaryBonus up to 15%15% pension contributionHours:45 hours per week9-hour shifts between 06:30 - 18:00Shift patterns discussed at interviewQualificationsWe are a diverse business looking for a panel technician, with a passion for the automotive industry that puts quality at the beginning of every process. Your keen eye and technical knowledge will ensure that vehicles within the cosmetic teams are accurately repaired to Motability standards.
