Counterbalance Forklift Driver 80% FLT / 20% WarehouseShift: 4 On / 6 Off 12-hour rotating shifts (2 Days / 2 Nights)Salary: £25,000 starting salary £14.46ph pay increase after probationWe are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team. This role is 80% forklift driving and 20% warehouse duties, supporting production by ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.Key Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely to transport materials throughout the siteCarry out warehouse duties including stock movement, housekeeping, and general operational supportComplete material movement transactions using a computer terminalEnsure production lines are supplied with materials to maintain continuous operationsPerform routine checks on equipment and report any faults promptlyMaintain IT equipment, material handling equipment (MHE), and storage areasFollow all Health & Safety procedures and company policiesAssist with maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Risk AssessmentsKeep the warehouse and work areas clean, organised, and safeEssential Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licenceAbility to work a 4 On / 6 Off rotating shift pattern (2 Days / 2 Nights)Previous experience in a warehouse or production environmentGood computer skills with the ability to complete system transactionsStrong numeracy and literacy skillsExperience using Material Handling Equipment (MHE)Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
