\n\nMy client are a global firm who are looking for a Workplace Experience Coordinator to join their team in central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 5-star Customer Service to all clients.
\n\nThe ideal candidate will need strong customer service and client facing skills, gained from either Reception, Hospitality or Call Centre environments.
\n\nAs a Workplace Experience Coordinator your duties will include:

- Provide high levels of Customer Service to all visitors and guests \n
- Answer all calls in a professional and efficient manner \n
- Book meeting and conference rooms \n
- Organise international travel and accommodation \n
- Front of House duties, including Reception cover \n
As a Workplace Experience Coordinator you will have the following skills:
\n- \n
- Previous experience working in Reception, Hospitality or Customer Service \n
- Previous experience providing a 5-star services to clients \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Office \n
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask \n
Working Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
\nThis role requires candidates in the office 3 days per week
