Head of Marketing

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Head of Marketing & Business Development to lead our marketing function and drive business growth.

Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you'll develop and deliver strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate opportunities, strengthen customer relationships and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's marketing and business development strategy.

• Manage brand, communications, PR, digital marketing and events.

• Oversee website, SEO, social media, email and paid advertising activity.
\n
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
\n
• Support the sales team with campaigns, presentations and marketing collateral.
\n
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing budgets.
\n
• Monitor performance and report on ROI and business impact.

• Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role.

• Strong digital marketing and brand management expertise.

• Commercially focused with experience driving business growth.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Data-driven, proactive and highly organised.
\n
• Experience within construction, manufacturing or B2B sectors would be advantageous.
