\nA leading national Financial Planning and Investment Management business is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to support a team of Financial Planners, providing first-class service to a portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

The Role\nAs a Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service throughout their journey. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll manage a wide variety of administrative responsibilities while building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. \n
- Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems. \n
- Request policy information from providers. \n
- Prepare meeting packs and client valuations. \n
- Liaise with internal operational teams regarding transfers, client instructions and account administration. \n
- Process new business and proactively manage cases through to completion. \n
- Deliver excellent client outcomes while ensuring all work complies with regulatory standards. \n
You'll ideally have:

- 2-5 years' experience within financial services administration. \n
- Experience supporting Financial Planners, Wealth Managers or Financial Advisers. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. \n
- Outstanding communication and client service skills. \n
- The ability to prioritise effectively within a busy environment. \n
- A proactive, professional approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in wealth management. \n
- An interest in working towards professional qualifications would be advantageous. \n
