FP&A Manager

Robert Walters is assisting a fast-Growing company in the search to find a highly capable Commercial Finance Manager based in South Bucks. This is a permanent position, paying c£80,000 offering hybrid working (2 days in the office)

This is a key role within the organisation and will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Collaborating with teams across the business, including e-commerce, and marketing to analyse performance metrics, track KPIs, and support commercial decision-making across multiple markets.

• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for sales, margins, and operational costs across all channels.
\n

\n
• Work closely with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimise spending strategies, and improve profitability.
\n

\n
• Build detailed financial models, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools to support scenario planning and long-term strategy development.
\n

\n
• support the implementation of advanced systems for enhanced data reporting on customer behaviour patterns, seasonal trends, and campaign outcomes.
\n
