A highly respected, long-established and forward-thinking law firm in Surrey is seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy and growing team!

You will support experienced commercial property solicitors on a wide range of high-quality development and new build matters, acting on behalf of housebuilders, developers and property investors.

The firm on a wider scale is known for being friendly, inclusive and forward thinking. It has plenty of staff that have been there for many years and is constantly thinking of how as a business it can stay ahead of the curve. The firm actively participates in major networking events, dinners and social gatherings which is an excellent opportunity to build and expand your network.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with your supervising solicitor on active caseloads
\n
• Managing and progressing a variety of ongoing commercial property matters
\n
• Liaising with clients, developers and third-party professionals
\n

Typical matters you will work on include:

\n
• New build developments
\n
• Residential and commercial property acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Development agreements
\n
• Drafting and negotiating leases
\n

To be considered, your background should include:

\n
• Minimum 12 months of experience in commercial property/real estate matters within a UK private practice law firm
\n
• A strong academic record (eg, 2:1 or above in your law degree or GDL)
\n
• Residence in or near Elmbridge
\n
