Gym Front of House

Job Title: Front of House

Salary: £14 per hour

Location: Redditch

Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday - afternoon/evening

This is an integral role within an independent gym where you will be involved in ensuring the gym is welcoming and running smoothly for all members.

Key Duties

-Based front of house you will be required to sign members in to the gym and build relationships with regular gym goers to help create a community atmosphere

-Answer any questions as required and assist with relevant administration

-Conduct tours for prospective member

-Discuss classes, events and retail products with new and existing members

-Answer enquiries professionally and promptly

-Process payments and keep records as required

-Ensure equipment is tidy and clean at all times in between visits from the cleaning team

-Report maintenance issues

Key Skills & Experience Required

-A friendly, approachable personality

-Positive outlook and strong customer service skills

-Good computer knowledge

-Flexibility for additional/change in shifts when required

-Ideally a background in customer service, hospitality or reception, or, a strong interest in health/fitness/leisure/wellbeing
