People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Night Warehouse Operative to join our client’s established logistics operation based in Pucklechurch, Bristol.

This role would suit individuals with previous experience as a Picker Packer, Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant or those looking to build a long-term career within the logistics sector.

• Monday to Friday – Night Shifts

Day to Day Duties:

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative will be:

\n
• Safely load and unload deliveries
\n
• Check freight against paperwork and scanner information
\n
• Handle customer goods with care and attention
\n
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment
\n
• Work closely with colleagues and report any issues to management
\n
• Follow all health and safety procedures
\n

Essential Skills:

The skills required to be Warehouse Operative will be:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience
\n
• Ability to use basic hand tools and workplace equipment
\n
• Strong work ethic and reliable approach to work
\n
• Good communication and teamwork skills
\n
• Commitment to maintaining safe working practices
\n
• Ability to work effectively during night shifts
\n

Desirable Experience:

\n
• Experience within a logistics or distribution environment
\n
• Previous loading and unloading experience
\n
• Familiarity with warehouse scanners and stock control processes
\n

Training:

• Full training will be provided
\n
