Job Description
Are you a Fire sprinkler PM used to working to time sales and budgets?
\nI am looking for a sprinkler project manager to join a growing weel known company ion the fire industry.
\nWhat you will be doing
\n- \n
- Leading project Initiation/handover meetings with all stakeholders including Sales, Design, QS. \n
- Production and maintenance of project programme. \n
- Communication with clients throughout the life of a project. \n
- Maintenance of central project file records. \n
- Attendance at internal project Cost To Complete (CTC) meetings. \n
- Completion and submission to relevant stakeholders of all end-of-project documentation e.g. O&M, As-Fitted Drawings, Certification. \n
- Ensuring installers are adequately briefed, are competent & qualified to fulfill all project requirements. \n
- Raising PORs using authorised Tier 1 suppliers. \n
- Supporting and managing of on-site resources ensuring all issues are resolved and the programme maintained. \n
- Participating with internal & third party audits. \n
- Identifying, recording & ensuring the resolution of any supplier generated non-conformities. \n
- Consulting with subject matter experts where required. \n
- Management of material and labour costs. \n
- Identification and invoicing of variations to contract. \n
- Raising of final accounts. \n
- Undertaking & recording on-site inspections in accordance with EHS001 scheduled frequency. \n
- Facilitating on-site toolbox talks. \n
- Completion of all H&S related documentation Inc. RAMs, attendance sheets etc. \n
What we will need from you (all essential)
\n- \n
- Working knowledge of BS EN 12845 & LPS1048 Schemes. \n
- Working knowledge of engineering drawings. \n
- LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 Competent. \n
- LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 Competent. \n
- Familiarity with the principles of Prince 2 project management methodologies. \n
- Experience in managing complex, large budget projects in the construction industry. \n
- Practiced at management of on-site labour & resources. \n
- Valid SMSTS & CSCS Card Holder. \n
- Knowledge of CDM Management Principles. \n
- Extensive knowledge of production of project documentation eg. RAMs, Quality Plans, Project Plans, Cost Sheets (CTC), Trackers. \n
- Familiarity with all standard MS office applications \n
- Commercial acumen - Identifies and maximises project cost savings. \n
