Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

\n
    \n
  • Deliver industrial projects from inception through to completion
  • \n
  • Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
  • \n
  • Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
  • \n
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project delivery
  • \n

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

    \n
  • Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
  • \n
  • Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
  • \n
  • Proficiency with Revit
  • \n
  • Experience working on industrial projects is desirable
  • \n
  • Working knowledge of UK building regulations
  • \n
  • CIAT membership or working towards chartership
  • \n
  • Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
  • \n
