Year 5 Teacher

Academics is working with a lovely village primary school on the outskirts of Crewe to recruit a Year 5 Teacher for a full-time role starting this term.

This is initially a one-term position, with the potential to continue on a longer-term basis for the right person.

The school is a welcoming, close-knit village primary with a supportive staff team and well-behaved pupils. They're looking for a teacher who can quickly build positive relationships, deliver engaging lessons, and create a calm, encouraging classroom environment.

The role:

• Full-time Year 5 class teacher

• One-term contract initially, with the possibility of extending
\n
• Planning, teaching and assessment responsibilities
\n
• Supportive leadership team and friendly staff
\n

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds QTS (or equivalent)
\n
• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2
\n
• Is organised, reliable and committed to helping pupils achieve their best
\n
• Can hit the ground running and become part of the school community
\n
