Cover Teacher

We are seeking committed and adaptable Teachers to provide day-to-day cover across a range of subjects in Secondary schools in the Wakefield area. The roles are available on both full and part-time basis.

About the Role: As a Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4
\n
• Maintain high standards of teaching and learning in the absence of the regular class teacher
\n
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
\n
• Support students' progress and wellbeing
\n
• Work collaboratively with departmental and support staff
\n

About You: We are looking for a teacher who is:

\n
• Confident delivering lessons across a range of subjects (specialism welcome but not essential)
\n
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work at short notice
\n
• Skilled at behaviour management and building rapport with students
\n
• Professional, organised, and committed to safeguarding
\n
