The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor will involve:

\n
• Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various permitted development residential conversion projects
\n
• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.
\n
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
\n
• Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.
\n
• Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
\n
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
\n

The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor industry with:

\n
• Must have Quantity Surveying experience in construction
\n
• Ideally have residential or refurbishment experience
\n
• Experience within Permitted Development would be highly advantageous
\n
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
\n
• Confident and articulate
\n
