HR AdvisorLocation: Barrow-in-Furness (Hybrid – 3–4 days onsite)Contract: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover)Rate: £23.81 per hour PAYE or £31.93 via umbrella (inside IR35)We are recruiting for two HR Advisors to join a busy People Services team supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing organisation. Working within a fast-paced, unionised environment, you'll provide professional HR advice and support to managers and employees across a range of people matters.Key Responsibilities Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.Manage HR queries and employee relations cases.Support the delivery of HR policies, procedures and people processes.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.Maintain HR data and support reporting using HR systems.Work closely with HR Business Partners and the wider HR team to deliver effective people solutions.About You Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and UK employment law.Experience in a manufacturing and/or unionised environment is desirable.Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering hybrid working and the chance to support a complex, operational business.TPBN1_UKTJ
