A well-established national law are seeking to hire an experienced Employment Solicitor with at least 3 year's PQE to join its highly regarded employment. This team advising on both claimant and respondent matters across both contentious and advisory matters.

The Role

You'll handle a broad range of employment disputes and commercially focused advice to clients. As an experienced member of the team, you'll also support junior members with technical guidance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising both claimant and respondent clients on contentious employment matters
\n
• Building strong relationships with insurer, business and individual clients
\n

Experience needed:

\n
• Qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives (CILEX) with a minimum of 3 years PQE
\n
• Strong background in employment litigation
\n

You'll ideally have:

\n
• Experience acting for both private and insurer clients
\n
• Confidence liaising with insurer claims handlers and key stakeholders
\n
