Health and Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, Fire, Environmental & Facilities Manager to provide strategic leadership across our client’s HSFEand Facilities functions. • Develop, implement and continuously improve HSFE policies, procedures and management systems
\n
• Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, engagement and effective communication
\n
• Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety, Fire and Environmental legislation
\n
• Maintain ISO 14001 and Occupational Health & Safety management systems
\n
• Manage risk assessments, safe systems of work and the organisation's risk assessment programme
\n
• Conduct workplace inspections, audits and prepare Board-level reports
\n
• Lead the Facilities and Maintenance function, ensuring buildings, plant, equipment and infrastructure remain compliant and operational
\n

Health, Safety, Fire, Environmental & Facilities ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications\n

• NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ Level 6 or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
\n
• Previous experience working as a Health & Safety Manager within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
\n
• Experience implementing and maintaining ISO management systems
\n
