\n\n £90,000 to £150,000 - dependent on level\n
\n\n This is a senior leadership role at the centre of an organisation-wide shift towards insight-led decision-making and AI-enabled analytics. You will shape how analytics operates as a shared service, influencing strategy while remaining hands-on.\n

\n\n The Role\n

- Lead a centralised Analytics and MI function operating as a shared service \n
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on analytics delivery \n
- Move the function from reporting to actionable, commercial insight \n
- Embed AI tools and automation into analytics workflows \n
- Oversee scalable data, reporting, and governance foundations \n
- Line manage decisioning capability and oversee platform migration \n
- Influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Marketing, and leadership teams \n
\n Your Skills and Experience\n
\n- \n
- Strong leadership experience within analytics or MI functions \n
- Proven ability to turn data into clear commercial recommendations \n
- Confidence influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite \n
- Hands-on capability with SQL and ideally Python \n
- Experience with modern data stacks and BI tools \n
- Practical exposure to AI tools within analytics environments \n
