Employment Solicitor

AJ Chambers are partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Legal 500-ranked Employment team.

Key Areas of Work:

\n
• Advising on UK employment law matters
\n
• Employment status, equal pay and holiday pay
\n
• Employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution
\n
• Employment due diligence on corporate transactions
\n
• Regulatory and compliance matters
\n
• Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
\n
• Business development and client relationship management
\n

Key Requirements:

\n
• Qualified Employment Solicitor with strong knowledge of UK employment law
\n
• Experience advising on employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, National Minimum Wage, Employment Tribunal claims and employment due diligence
\n
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and consistently meet client deadlines
\n
• Strong client relationship management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
\n
• Experience working collaboratively on corporate transactions and wider employment law projects
\n
• Advocacy experience and/or experience dealing with regulatory investigations or inspections is advantageous
\n
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
\n
• A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth
\n
