\nThe Opportunity
\nWe’re looking for a dynamic Depot Manager to lead and develop a high-performing aftersales operation. You’ll be at the heart of the depot, driving profitability, delivering outstanding customer service and building a motivated, efficient team.
\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy balancing people management, commercial performance and operational excellence, this could be the perfect fit.
\nWhat You’ll Be Doing
\n- \n
- Maximise the profitability of both parts and service departments, including continual improvements in utilisation of staff and efficiency of organisation \n
- Budgeting in conjunction with GM/FC \n
- Maintain compliance in all areas of Health and Safety in the workplace \n
- Selection and recruitment of staff in all departments (In conjunction with GM) \n
- Contribute to the development of all operating and administrative systems to ensure that quality, efficient and timely work is carried out \n
- Remain up to date with all relevant legal requirements \n
- Achieve and strive to exceed customer service level expectations and agreements \n
- Identify and implement a training plan for all depot staff \n
- Ensure premises are maintained to a high standard, inline with Iveco Dealer Operating standards \n
- Ensure premises security measures are adequate at all times \n
- Actively seek new business in conjunction with GM / GSM \n
- Ensure all invoice related queries are dealt with in a timely manner \n
- Monitor Warranty / Contract ledger \n
- Actively participate in all IVECO measured campaigns and competitions \n
- Other general duties as designated by the General Manager \n
Working Hours
\nCore hours are 8:00am – 6:00pm, but as Depot Manager, you’ll oversee a wider operational window.

- Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 10:00pm \n
- Saturday: 6:00am – 12:00pm \n
This means coordinating teams effectively to ensure smooth, efficient coverage across all operating hours.
\nWhat We’re Looking For

- Main Dealer workshop experience \n
- Leadership skills / experience \n
- Current driving licence \n
- Able to work within guidelines given and to strict deadlines \n
- Ability to work under pressure \n
- Actively seek solutions to problems \n
- Work as part of a team \n
- Good leadership skills \n
- Good verbal and written communication skills \n
- Excellent customer service skills \n
- Flexibility to undertake a wide range of tasks \n
- Awareness and understanding of health and safety requirements \n
- Computer literate \n
- HGV licence (desirable) \n
